HR Coordinator for Aura Wellness

Purpose of the position: The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and employee support activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of various HR processes and helping to create a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.

Support pre-onboarding preparations, such as compiling employee data, preparing documentation, and arranging system setups.

Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to their first day.

HR Coordination & Employee Support

Manage general administrative tasks, procurement requests, and HR-related documentation.

Process reimbursement claims for administrative and employee expenses in a timely manner.

Act as the Office Manager, overseeing office supplies, F&B stock, stationery, and meeting room arrangements to ensure smooth operations.

Supervise the housekeeping team, including scheduling, quality control, inventory management, communication, and performance evaluation.

Provide day-to-day operational support for the People Team and assist with ad-hoc HR tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with HR-related systems.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
